Terms

The terms you sign are issued at signup.

Not published here yet, because a solicitor hasn't finished reading them and we're not going to put a contract on a website that hasn't been reviewed.

Where things stand

GoodBuild is a young company and its terms are being drafted properly rather than assembled from a template. Until that's finished, the binding document is the one sent to you at signup, and anything on this website is marketing rather than contract. If the two ever disagree, the signed document wins.

In the meantime. Email build@goodbuild.io and we'll send you the current document. We would rather hand you the real thing than leave a page of text here that a solicitor hasn't read.

True today

What the terms will hold.

One fee, never per seat

The price is for the company, not the head. Adding a recruiter doesn't move the bill, and no seat limit will be reintroduced.

Rolling month on the entry tier

No minimum term. Cancelling never takes back a month already paid for, and nothing is charged automatically at the end of a trial.

Notice to leave

Written notice applies to cancelling and to moving down a tier. The period is stated in the document you sign rather than discovered when you try to leave.

Third party costs are yours

Voice minutes, sourcing credits and background checks that a provider bills per unit are payable on top, and always shown before they're spent.

Your data stays yours

Nothing about using GoodBuild transfers ownership of your records, your candidates or your brand.

The white label is contractual

Above the entry tier our name doesn't appear to your candidates or your clients, and that's written down rather than a setting.
