Every job a recruiter
does twice, done once.
It sits on the CRM you already run. It reads what you already hold, interviews the people you're about to put forward, chases the paperwork nobody enjoys, and hands the client something they can check. No migration, no retraining, no nine month project.
The work it does
Six things, and they all happen on your own records.
Not features in a list. These are the jobs that were always going to get done late, done on time by something that never forgets.
Screen the whole database
Pick a live role. Every available candidate you hold is read against it, the best are scored, and each score comes with a line of plain English saying why. Nobody joins a pipeline until you say so and nothing is sent to anybody.
Read a CV properly
Skills, experience, dates, gaps and compliance, parsed into a real record rather than a pile of text. It checks the CV against itself on the way in, so a story that doesn't line up is flagged before you read it.
Interview before you do
A real conversation about the work they claim, with follow up questions when an answer is vague. You read the transcript and the verdict, not a score out of ten with nothing behind it.
Prove what can be proven
Tickets and right to work checked against the register that issued them rather than against a photograph. What couldn't be proven is written down as loudly as what could.
Find the client, not just the candidate
Drop in a job spec and get back companies hiring for that role now, in your patch, scored against the work you actually win.
Answer how are we doing
Live numbers off the same records the desk is working in. Every figure is a link back to the rows behind it, so nobody has to compile anything and nobody can quietly round it up.
The part that matters
It runs on the system you already have.
Two way sync with Bullhorn, Vincere, JobAdder, Loxo, Firefish, Tracker, Recruit CRM, Recruiterflow, Salesforce and the rest. Not on the list? The entry tier runs on its own database from day one and the connection can come later, or never.
What it's not
Three things we won't do to you.
We won't ask you to migrate. Ripping out the system your desk knows, moving years of records and retraining everybody is a project with a real chance of failure attached. Every AI native replacement in this category starts there. We start on Monday.
We won't charge you per seat. Charging by the head punishes an agency for putting more people on the thing that works. Add a recruiter and the bill doesn't move.
We won't send anything without you. Outbound is off for the whole trial, blocked in the database rather than in a setting. Nothing reaches a candidate or a client while you're looking around.
See it on your own data.
Three days free, your own brand, your own roles, your own candidates. Nothing charged automatically at the end of it.
