Roadmap
Start a recruitment
business with nothing.
No funding. No investment. No twelve month build. The layer already does the work on a desk that exists. What we're building next is the rest of the business around it, so somebody with a laptop and a sector they know can open on Monday and bill by the end of the month.
How to read this page
Scroll and the arrow runs down the timeline, lighting each release as it reaches it. Every row carries a quarter and a status, so you can always tell the thing you can use this afternoon from the thing we're aiming at.
- LiveIn the product now, on real agency accounts, doing real work.
- BuildingBeing written this quarter. It has a branch and a person, not a slide.
- NextAgreed and specified, with a quarter we're aiming at.
- ExploringWhere we think this goes. The date is an intention, not a plan.
The rule. Quarters on this page are targets, not commitments, and a target can move. If it isn't on the pricing page, you're not paying for it. Nothing here is sold before it ships, and no salesperson is allowed to quote you a line off it.
What lands when
The next twelve months, in order.
The layer, on the system you already have
Two way sync with your CRM. Your records stay put and your team keeps the screens they know. Switch us off tomorrow and your system is exactly as you left it.
Screen your whole database against a live role
Every available candidate read against one open job, the best scored, and a line of plain English against each score saying why.
Competence checks, CV parsing and Client Finder
A real conversation about the work they claim, a CV read into a proper record and checked against itself, and companies hiring for that role now in your patch.
Reporting and white label
Live numbers off the records the desk is working in, every figure a link back to its rows. Your logo, your colours, your domain.
Start on a card, with no call
Sign up, import and be working the same afternoon without booking a meeting with anybody. The entry tier becomes genuinely self serve end to end.
Interview Copilot in your own call
It joins the Zoom, Meet or Teams call you were already having, instead of asking a candidate into a video room with our name on it.
Chasing, not just recording
Today the platform holds the document record and tells you what's missing. Next it goes and gets it, relentlessly, until the file is complete.
The evidence pack, sent as you
The pack goes from your recruiter to your client on your own domain and your own brand. They open it with no login and never see a supplier behind you.
Back office and timesheets
Timesheets, and the chasing that makes timesheets arrive. The unglamorous work that decides whether a contract desk is profitable or just busy.
ISO 27001
We do not hold ISO 27001 today. This is the quarter we are working to, and until the certificate is in hand every page that mentions it will say exactly that.
AI Interview Detection
Candidates are being fed answers by an AI mid interview, and a consultant on a video call cannot tell. This is software that can. It sits alongside the interview rather than inside it, and what it cannot prove it says it cannot prove, the same way the right to work checks do.
Money in and money out
Invoicing off the placement record, payments taken and contractors paid. No re-keying a number the system already holds.
Front office
The client side end to end: first conversation, terms, roles, submissions and the paperwork that closes it, beside the candidate work rather than in another tool.
SOC 2 Type II
Not held today either. SOC 2 Type II is an auditor watching the controls run over months rather than looking at them once, and enterprise procurement asks for it by name.
Sourcing inside the workflow
Finding people you have never met, as a step in the run rather than a separate tool with its own login and its own bill.
Workflows you can change
Every agency runs differently. The steps should be yours to reorder, switch off and hand to an agent, without asking us.
Start from nothing
The whole sequence for somebody with no data and no clients: build the database, find the clients, source, screen, verify, place, invoice. One guided run, white labelled from the first screen.
Every quarter above is a target we're working to, not a commitment we have sold. If one moves we'll move it here rather than quietly hope you forget.
Where this goes
Every other tool makes a recruiter faster. We're building the business around them.
Starting a recruitment business today means a CRM, a job board contract, a compliance process, an accountant, a timesheet system, an invoicing system, a website and somebody who knows how to wire them together. Most people who would be brilliant at this never start, because the setup costs more than they have and takes longer than they can wait.
That's the thing we're actually building. Not a better inbox for an agency that already exists, but every part a recruitment business needs, in one place, white labelled to a brand that's theirs and not ours. Build the candidate database. Find the clients. Source, screen, verify, place. Chase the timesheet, raise the invoice, take the money.
Somebody who knows their sector should be able to open a recruitment business on a laptop, with no funding and nobody's permission. That's the whole point, and everything on the timeline above is a part of it.
Buy what works today.
The roadmap is why we're worth watching. The product is what you're paying for, and it's the Live block at the top of the timeline. If a conversation with us ever turns on a row below it, stop us.
